As a grief coach, Saoirse’s practice draws her foundation as a Master of Arts in Communication studies to ensure each client is heard, affirmed, and supported. She integrates NLP, EFT/Tapping methods, and mindfulness techniques to encourage positive growth and an abundance mindset. Additionally, Saoirse is a practitioner of Usui Reiki, holds a personal trainer certification from ACE as well as Precision Nutrition credentials; she incorporates energetic healing and nutrition coaching with clients on a case-by-case basis to address the mind-body-spirit connection.
