We’re bringing you an experience to explore how to intentionally work with your crystals and understand some crystal basics that will help you optimize your transformational & healing experiences.

What you’ll Learn:

1. How to choose the right crystals for you.
2. How to handle your crystals & why they make great allies during times like these.
3. How to use your crystals to enhance your protection, support, & other qualities.
4. How to cleanse & charge your crystals for energetic maintenance.
5. At the end of this workshop, you will feel more comfortable with intentionally working with crystals on your own, and exploring your relationship with crystals with a solid foundation of basic knowledge to build upon.

What to Bring:  

1. BYOC “Bring Your Own Crystals” --whatever crystal(s) you’d like to cleanse/program during the workshop
2. Journal/Paper & Pen for notes and intention setting
3. Plenty of Water --Drink lots of water the day of the workshop (and everyday) this helps keep our energy moving & keeps our cells hydrated and clear.
4. Sage, Palo Santo, or your favorite Cleansing Incense or Candle & a lighter.
5. Questions - We’ll have time for a short Q & A for Lilly to answer some of your crystal & energy questions.
