Introductions: Get to know other artists & creatives!

Connect & Create: Bring any creative project, idea, or craft you'd love to work on! The space will be open for heart-centered conversation & sharing your work, inspiration, and tips with each other

Closing: Before we end the night, you're welcome to share the project you're working on! 

Meet Sarah-Louise The Mindful Artist:

Sarah-Louise has a life long passion for art.  She loves living in Flagstaff, AZ where the pine trees constantly

bring her peace.  She is attending NAU for her Fine Arts Degree in painting, print making and ceramics.

She is also passionate about yoga and meditation, and loves to infuse meditation with art to create mindful and freeing events for her community.  Sarah-Louise is learning to follow the soft whispers of her heart and she loves holding space for

other women to do the same.

We love to see all the different creations that come through just by bring women together to simply explore their passions (or try something new!) and create!  Is your inner creative babe feeling curious?  Lean in Babe!  You never know until you try!

This is a FREE/Donation Based Event.

Donations are welcomed, but not necessary to attend!  Please come if your heart has guided you here. <3
