Emerge: Breathwork, Reiki, & Music

Join us March 7th as we push through our layers towards the light that calls us to emerge as a brighter, more authentic version of ourselves. All of us carry unique seeds of greatness within us… explore what is inside of you that is longing to emerge and experiment using the cycle of the moon as a tool to remind us regularly to release the old and bring in the new. Breathwork has also become an important tool in my own journey to release old stagnant energy and establish ways of being, so the two of these combined are super powerful. 

Plan on a nourishing two hour full moon event with:

- Intention setting and connection with each other 

- Personal journey of breathwork supported by Reiki energy to balance the chakras.  

- Music Reiki: 10 minutes of comforting live music and vibration as you are cradled in live music bliss: violin, bowls, and vocals. 

At 7:30 we will move outdoors in the moonlight for a short share and have the option to part with whatever we are ready to release into a small fire… a powerful way to send off something that no longer serves.  

For those able to stay even longer, join us at the outdoor fire table at Spokes on Southern restaurant for refuel and conversation! (Lots of vegan options too).

The evening is hosted by Colleen Porter, a songwriter/storyteller/facilitator with the goal of using music, voice, energy work, and breath to heal and empower others. It is her number one wish that all people embrace their irreplaceable worth and unique value they add to this earth. This event combines all the things she loves: music/violin playing, her knowledge and reverence for the plants and the cycles of the the natural world, experience/training in Shamanic Reiki and Integral Breathwork Therapy.
