Join us for a Galentines Gathering special event to gift yourself the priceless gift of healing sisterhood, self-love practices and soulful community.

Let's be real, after the last two years we all could use some extra lovin’ & deep soul nourishment. Leslie Medley & Arizona Babes and Brews have partnered up to bring you an evening of FULLfillment as you let loose, learn to be held, and love all over yourself.

They have intentionally hand crafted an event like none other, pairing healing modalities such as acupuncture, reiki & sound with heart activating practices & tools such as Ceremonial Cacao with Breathwork to create a lovin’, safe space to celebrate you and your power of love.

Think of Love Yo Self as a half day self-love retreat.

Self Love Ceremony Begins at 4:00 PM

Closes at 8:00 PM  *we kindly ask you to be present for the full intentional self love expereince.

Imagine this…you enter a beautiful open space, greeted with a warm welcome and a Goddess flower blessing as you settle into the luscious space surrounded by plants & glowing light.

You settle in and feel a sense of excitement & wonder, yet a deeper part of you feels something familiar, safe & comfortable.

Together, we will open up with ceremonial cacao, guided heart activating breathwork and soul sister partnerwork to awaken your power of vulnerability, connection, openness, & love.

Afterwards, enjoy some soul nourishing, high vibe bites to refuel and replenish on a cellular level, while connecting with your new soul sisters.

We will close the evening with a gentle group acupuncture session with healing reiki & vibrations of self love & sound.
