Virtual Babes & Brews Community Checkin

Last week we did our first virutal community forum/check in.  

It felt so supportive to be together with our babes and just take a moment to ask: HOW ARE YOU DOING...REALLY?

I am happy to continue offering this FREE Community Check in so you can see smiling faces looking back at you, know that you're not alone in all this, and be safe and free to express what you're experiencing.

While this is a more open experience, in order to keep our intentions compatible...

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THESE IMPORTANT COMMUNITY GUIDELINES:

 1.  This is NOT therapy.  If you do need to talk to a therapist/counselor we know many who would be happy to help you in a private setting.  If you would like help to find the right resource for you, please ask. 

2.  This is COMMUNITY.  We are a collective of conscious, diverse women who desire to come together to share ideas, resources, conscious conversation and uplift one another during the hard days and celebrate together during the good days!  We understand life is a journey, an adventure and we get to choose each and every day to move forward in action or enjoy just being right where we are. 

3.  Please treat this as if it were an in-person event/experience.  This is not something to join, just to pass the time.  We are committed to being present for each other without distractions, multi-tasking, and other non-urgent interruptions. 

Surround yourself with the women who get it, who know what its like to walk the lonely road of transformation and transition, 

and who realize the impact of coming together during this in-between time of uncertainty.
